Rumors are currently floating around that Vicki Zhao's rich fiance used to date Tracy Ip (葉翠翠) .
Yesterday, Tracy admitted to Hong Kong journalists that she used to date Huang Youlong, a Mainland Chinese real estate magnate and Vicki Zhao's fiance. In fact, Tracy and Huang were almost married. Tracy and Huang were in the process of discussing marriage. Tracy revealed, "He did indeed propose to me, but it's all in the past. I don't want to talk about it. The reason we broke up is due to our personalities clashing".
Journalists asked Tracy if she believes Vicki is a home-wrecker and if Ms. Zhao and Huang Youlong are in fact married, as reported by rumours. Tracy replied, "I don't know but if they are married, then i wish them the best".
Tracy claims that she had made money from stocks which allowed her to buy two houses worth more than 30 million Hong Kong dollars. Hong Kong news reported that this financial luck was due to Huang Youlong's help.
When Tracy and Huang Youlong first started dating, they had rushed to get engaged, which allowed Tracy to quickly gain business contacts in mainland China. . Thus, she was able to enlist the help of real skilled real estate investors for her own investments.
Currently, reports state that Huang is requesting that Tracy share her profits with him since the money was made using his capital and while they were dating. The amount is worth over tens of millions of Hong Kong dollars.
